We had the privilege of working on a house located in Cap-Rouge for a complete transformation. Although our expertise focuses on the restoration of historic buildings, we took on this modern challenge with enthusiasm and pride. This enriching experience motivates us to repeat this type of project.

The owners, initially tempted to sell their house built in 1992 for something more contemporary, changed their minds after this transformation. Thanks to the attentiveness and expertise of the Ateliers Dubois Inc. team, we were able to meet their expectations and restore their property's full potential, creating a space that reflects their personality.

Major changes made:

Added a two-sided gas fireplace to harmonize the living room and kitchen.
Completely reconfigured the kitchen, offering new functionality and a modernized design.
Full house painting to refresh and brighten the spaces.
Installed heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom for optimal comfort. Renovation and reconfiguration of the walk-in closet, meeting the client's needs.
