After restoring the interior of this heritage masterpiece, it was only natural that, in collaboration with Hamel and Alain, we should take on the restoration of the exterior Grisons wall.

Let's just say it was about time... It was only 142 years old! Built in 1883, this wall had proven itself.

Atelier 4e Niveau was able to integrate, with the help of a precise specification, new ventilation methods and fire prevention systems, while preserving the building's heritage aesthetic.

Regarding the cladding, nothing but Spanish cedar was used. Bosquet Porte et Fenêtre supplied this high-quality material, guaranteeing longevity for the next 100 years.

As for the hotel's reopening, it's imminent. Stay tuned!
