Ateliers Dubois was commissioned to transform a derelict duplex into a high-end triplex. The choice of prestigious materials enhanced the building's image, and the building's energy performance was updated to meet current standards.

The multiplex's living spaces were also expanded to include covered parking and two terraces. One on the second floor of the parking garage and the other on the building's rooftop.
