Project: Reinforcement of the galleries and repair of water infiltration in Limoilou.

Our clients in Limoilou contacted us to reinforce the galleries at the front of their building, a building housing three condominiums. At the same time, they asked us to inspect a water infiltration problem at the rear, which at first glance appeared to be a minor problem.

However, our in-depth inspection revealed a major water infiltration problem, which had seriously compromised the integrity of the structure and foundations.

Faced with this situation, we worked closely with our clients to develop tailor-made solutions. The goal was to restore the building's strength and functionality while respecting established budgetary constraints.

This project, initially perceived as simple, turned out to be complex and technical. Thanks to a methodical approach, rigorous expertise, and constant communication with our clients, we successfully met each challenge.

Today, we are proud of the final result. The building has regained all its solidity, security and full value, to the great delight of our customers.
